Pros

I got along with most staff. It was fun to work there sometimes. Employees get a 20% discount on the food and two free games of bowling (I think) every week.

Cons

Pay wasn't that good. Since the place is open until 2am, you have to deal with late hours, especially when you're an associate. You also can't play any of the ticket games or crane games while you're employed. Customers are pretty terrible, but that's expected of most customer service jobs.

Pros

Is hybrid and has benefits

Cons

Extremely toxic, higher management will micromanage, talk behind your back, and expect you to do something correctly only after teaching once. There’s no straight training because they expect rules change all the time. Management doesn’t want to create a simple guide or set up success for newcomers. Team has to write tasks every 30 minutes to prove they are working 8 hours a day, ignoring that they are “not micromanaging”. Management team has high expectations but pays low and doesn’t appreciate team members or work ethic enough. Department has high turnover and ignores that fact and continues to hire but makes newcomers feel unwelcomed. Gossiping is very common. There’s a lot of trust issues when you first join because it’s hybrid work
