Pros

Co-Workers are very nice; very helpful in the on-boarding process. Everyone is legitimately fun to be around and easy to get along with.

Cons

You can make the same, if not more, working fast food/service. Not a lot of upward mobility (they say there is, but there isn’t) Management micromanages you Very little work/life balance Benefits are there but hardly worth it. A lot of corporate jargon

Pros

Coworkers are mostly nice You can get some experience if you agree to the low pay There are very few perks Decent insurance

Cons

Management in HQ is very controlling and micromanaging. They will account for every minute of your work day. Management in HQ is incompetent You will not get ahead unless you are a Japanese. You will be overlooked for promotions. Woman are not seen as valuable assets. You can't even complain to anybody since the CEO doesn't even speak English The company is extremely cheap. You are expected to lower your head and never disagree. Extreme toxic culture No training is provided Executives running the company are not qualified, they are only there because they are Japanese and men This company will suck the life out of you

Pros

You'll work with some excellent people and play with some cool games and such.

Cons

Upper management and corporate management is a nightmare to work with. There are multiple disparate departments that all oversee different aspects of the same slice of the business but none of them ever seem to know what the other one is doing.
