Fun place to work with free BO once and week

Cons

Incompetent upper management, favoritism run strong in the store level. You don’t really need to do a great job but you need to have a good interview skill to get into the corporate level.

Pay does not align with responsibility, weekly and monthly inventory with out of date system, corporate regularly checks cameras to make sure all policies are being followed down to the color of fingernail polish
