Pros
The management is generally great and as helpful as they can be. Generally no strict deadlines, just complete projects ASAP.
Cons
The pay is not worth it. Promotions can happen 1-2 times a year, but can generally be slow to move up and the pay raises are not great. Benefits are minimal. Many processes are generally slow to approve/complete. Lots of time spent waiting for things to get approved/delivered.
