Worst job of my life

Pros

Only pro is playing a game here and there when you’re really bored.

Cons

Where do I even start? Managers don’t care about you at all and don’t do any work themselves. They’re hypocritical, lazy, and aware of every wrong thing in the store, yet refuse to fix anything about anything. Nothing gets accomplished. Not to mention everything you do is met with the threat of being fired dangling in front of you. You literally get told not to work because it’s not your job, even when you’re helping another coworker.

Pros

Great easy going atmosphere, but you have to be willing to deal with the stress of others via customers. Working here is easy when you enjoy it. Showing your skills and talents grants you leisure.

Cons

If the staff isn't cooperative with policy it makes it harder on the rest of the employees. Upper management outside the store doesn't want to promote you with more money, and it will inspire you to leave. We lost a lot of good people because of lack there of, of pay. I found out employees long standing have been making less than me and I've received 3 raises. This job unless you make at least 15.00/hr isn't worth it AT ALL, you break your neck and back for a 700.00 check every two weeks. At least at 15.00/hr you can take home 900.00 every two weeks. You have to be in good with management to get leisure on your scheduling and some type of GOOD raise starting from 11.00/hr. You will end up leaving after a year of being set at 11.00/hr
