Great coworkers when they aren't fired for petty or leave when they are feed up with district level management

Cons

Pay is same as other department at same position even though greater risk of injury also more frequently then it should raises and bonuses don't get applied on time and takes a while for back pay to applied or if even at all

Pros

Fun environment, flexible hours (if you are lucky enough to get hours), that’s about it.

Cons

Too many to list, but let’s start with pay. I work at one of the best stores in the US, we are #1 in sales and we bring in tons of money to Round One corporate. Yet we are paid $13 an hour. Almost every job around here starts at $15+ an hour. PLEASE at least pay $15 an hour if we don’t get hours to begin with! If you work extraordinarily hard, management might say “good job” but other than that, you get nothing. Zero incentive. No chance at all to advance in the company, all management positions full, takes 2+ years to even become a Lead, which only make $15 an hour. BTW, we passed our Audit with 99% from corporate, WITH NO RAISE? There’s plenty more but I will not list them.
