Pros

Supportive team Great training Good pay

Cons

HR does not regulate leaves properly Hard to reach a manager Stressful environment Work task expectations not well discussed, you are told what role you will be playing and as time goes on you will be thrown into training for additional roles with little support.

Pros

I've enjoyed working at Rover more than anywhere else I have worked. The people I work with are great, I have ownership of my role and know what I am doing makes a difference. Our leadership continually walks the walk and puts us, the employees, first!

Cons

I can appreciate that leadership wants to get it right but it would be nice to know more details about our flexible work arrangement.
