Pros

I quickly made bookings and connected me with people who need their dog walked which was easier than marketing for myself.

Cons

takes 20% out of all earnings, the messaging feature sends texts to your phone as well as notifies you in the app so it is just a mess of notifications on my phone, reoccurring bookings does not pay out quite as fast even though the company has the customer pay in advance at the beginning of the week.

Emphasis on development opportunities, lots of opportunities in general.

Cons

The compensation wasn't amazing, but the benefits are good and what it lacks in pay it makes up for in opportunities.
