Pros

Every person I've met here has been extremely dedicated to their jobs. I've spent time at other startups and can say with confidence that the people at Rover really believe in what they're working towards.

Cons

The pay is disappointingly low for lower level Ops workers. The perks are only just okay currently.

Fun, high-growth company and challenging work

Pros

Employees at every level have true ownership over the work they complete. Additionally, there is a big emphasis on learning, which is great for people (like me) who love to continuously learn. It is also an action-oriented culture, so its relatively easy to gain alignment to move initiatives forward (which isn't always the case at larger companies).

Cons

As a high-growth start-up, roles and processes are constantly evolving - you need to be good at dealing with ambiguity in order to thrive at Rover!
