Pros

Time off policy is a huge perk, earned them their extra star.

Cons

Lack of opportunity for growth Prefers culture over performance You need to "fit in" if you want to advance Archaic black and white policies towards advancement Very immature leadership Policies can change on you from week to week or day to day and it can be held against you. Job description not as described during onboarding It's basically just call center work.

Pros

- Rover has a great culture and wonderful company benefits (sans 401k). - There are dogs in the office! - Everyone is very intelligent and motivated

Cons

- It's a dog-eat-dog - hyper competitive - everyone is Type A - kind of office - The benefits enjoyed by most of the office are not equally shared by CX - Managers promise growth and fail to deliver. They pass blame by saying, "the needs of the business have changed."
