Pros

I haven't had any bad experiences with Rover. Everyone is friendly, every dog is a sweetheart. I've been walking with them for 3 years now, it's very flexible. You can easily make it a primary source of income I believe.

Cons

None! None come to mind.

Pros

Great benefits, people have been awesome, nice company-related perks, above average PTO with ability to earn more, modern laptops and monitors.

Cons

The normal challenges going from a small to medium-sized company but they seem to be actively identifying those and are trying to manage them proactively. They're still a start-up so you'll likely sacrifice some salary for the awesome culture.
