Pros

The office culture leaves room for transparency, open communication, and a positive work atmosphere. Your voice is heard and valued no matter your position within the company. You are given a lot of tools for success.

Cons

The company is growing very quick, which means there are often new processes to learn. However, you are given all of the resources you need to learn the new information and utilize it on a daily basis.

Pros

Benefits package (med with HSA/FSA options, dental, vision, 401K) $1000 bonus for adopting 1st dog Business/Networking meeting for Women every month

Cons

Work hours vary from the normal 9-5 M-F.... I am on the 12-8pm shift and it has taken some time to get used to, but I love it! so I am not sure if this is a con, rather, just some adjusting and getting used too. Being customer service this is a 24/7 job, including holidays. BUT, you get paid for the holiday and time 1/2 for the hours you work! again, not a con, just a bit different with great incentive!
