Pros

It's stable and feels secure, which is really important. I love being part of an international company that's experiencing incredible growth. It's exciting! Our pet-friendly office is fantastic – it makes the workday so much better. The people are genuinely nice and supportive, making it a pleasure to come to work.

Cons

The workload can be heavy at times, especially during busy periods. However, this fast pace also means there's a lot of opportunity to grow quickly and progress in your career if you're ready for the challenge.
