Not your typical company (in a good way)

Pros

--Passionate, talented people --Culture of transparency. If something's not working, you can speak up, and management will listen. --Growing quickly --Dogs in the office! --One work from home day a week --Dedicated to gender equality in the workplace --People here care about what they're doing. For real. --If you have a great manager (which I do), you'll get the time and support you need to explore a skill-set outside of your daily role.

Cons

--Communication between teams isn't scaling with the company. --Health insurance is better than it used to be, but PTO isn't great and we don't have separate sick leave. --The office itself is a little drab and depressing, especially the conference rooms. The nation's largest network of pet sitters and dog walkers could use a facelift. --If you change teams, don't expect to get equal pay with others on your new team. This is for companies everywhere, but more transparency about pay will help promote equality between team members.

Pros

Have been enjoying my time with this company. Learning a lot and always seems busy. Room to grow and opportunities to those who want it. A great mix of people and hard workers

Cons

Can be hard not knowing the future of the company, growing pains like any other start up. Dogs can get a little crazy
