      Great People/Atmosphere generally. Good soft benefits except vacation needs work. Can be lots of overtime

      Pros

      Friendly employees, flexible work hours (sometimes), (some) flexibility in where you take your career within the company, unlimited sick and personal time which is really nice. There is also a healthy variety in the work you can perform. They will always keep you busy!

      Cons

      Depending on the group you're in lots of overtime can be expected. But it really does depend on the group. Some groups don't push that issue much. It takes 3 years to receive a third week of vacation. Then every 5 years after that you will get just 2 more vacation days. Not cool.

      Pros

      Management allows you to take responsibility into your own hands. Plenty of chances to take on more responsibilities and learn new things. Work closely with customers so you get a great chance to understand all aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Operates very lean so at times employees are stretched thin.
