Pros
Notice I said "with" and not "for". RoviSys is one of the rare companies that value their employees. Employees are treated very well. Management is relaxed, has a vision for the future and enable the current employees to take everyone there. Oh, it also doesn't hurt that our salaries are better than the market!
Cons
It's a good sign that I am actively thinking of something that can be improved but can't....
