Some people are friendly and smart Good place to advance only if you are starting a career System Integration field is very demanding, do it only if you are young and unmarried/without a family

Cons

Not diverse, Equal opportunity clauses are missing from mission statement. The entire upper management consists of buddies of the CEO Long hours at customer sites Folks are so over stressed; many are overweight and consume cigarettes while at work/customer site Attrition rate is extremely high.

Timelines were not always planned very well which lead to a stressful deadlines.

Great opportunities for self directed work. Still a midsize companie so there are lots of opportunities for advancement. Good atmosphere and friendly people.

Cons

Midsize company growing rapidly so the middle leadership is still a bit organized. Travel is likely to be required at some point due to the wide and varied client base.
