There are few companies that recognize the value of their employees like RoviSys. Many companies make the claim that you can go as far as you want if you work there--RoviSys actually lives up to that claim.

Cons

You can't be afraid of occasionally long hours and hard work! Also, working from home is not quite as flexible as other technology companies.
