      Pros

      Fun people to work with, a variety of opportunities, if you are bold and talented you will go far at this company.

      Cons

      Scope creep on projects sometimes results in being stuck onsite for months beyond the originally agreed-upon amount of time. For example I was told I would be onsite for 4 months. It have been almost a year and I have to fight to be home 2 weeks out of the month.

      Pros

      They focus on their staff The believe in family first and work to support their people at every possible chance. They have a culture that embedded with fun, activities, events, etc. for both the employees and their respective families.

      Cons

      As it is a nimble company it requires travel. But management pays attention to not overload the travelers. At the same point not everyone mentions when they are overloaded.
