      There are no Pros I can think of...

      Cons

      There is no room for growth and advancement. Pay and benefits are sub-optimal at best. Management is incompetent and does the bare minimum for the company. There are many more Cons that I don't care to list here...

      Unlimited PTO, paid mileage, nice coworkers

      Cons

      Project assignments are made last minute, inconvenient / long commutes to site are common, a lot of commissioning work and less design than advertised for RBT division.

      -Simple work (you’re just testing different hardware) - Good pay for out of college

      Cons

      - Working on construction site - Not much room to grow or ask questions - No work life balance (because it is a consultant they expect you to drive very far to the site without regard to where you currently live)
