Cons

Lots of travel for some positions. Communication across different disciplines can be lacking.

Opportunity to sell a solution which protects assets and lives. Good support from engineering and IS. Ability to travel internationally including Sweden for training.

Cons

Unfortunately I had the opportunity to work for a weak, incompetent and dishonest middle management. Integrity is everything. . .

no changes or added products, no new technology being developed, new products take several years to hit the market (if ever), no clear marketing leadership in the US.
