Losing the culture it used to have but flexible

Flexible with scheduling, easy to find shift coverage

Cons

Good culture slowly going away turning into culture of a huge corporation, can't work doubles anymore so pay is significantly less without that option for OT or you have to work 6 days a week for OT, payroll can forget things on paychecks but that seems to be getting better
