Pros

- Helpful and organized support staff (ops, dispatch, scheduling). - Clean base with a warm atmosphere. - up to date equipment. - clear path through orientation and FTO. - great bathrooms. - most partners are great to work with.

Cons

- orientation should have been half the time if not shorter. Too much fluff, not enough skill work. - parking - modifying scheduling is difficult - getting all necessary paperwork and pre-recs for applying was a hassle (county dependent)
