      Well - Is there any pros at this org? You will ruin your career if you join. Purely unethical company All the good ratings are given by HR. Read it as the points will be repeating

      No policies no benefits and no work life balance Onsite will be promised but never given Less than 300 employees but will show 1000 in website Lies lies and only lies Expect to work 24/7 You will be treated as a slave CEO will promise mountains but will do nothing Have No good projects

      I loved the flexible schedule and the work/life balance" Royal Cyber has a generous work from home policy and promotes from within. You will be recognized when and where you perfrom well. Excellent career building.

      There is no cons as such, If you are good enough to perform your duties.

      Cons

      Management the worst with no vision. People get bonus on CEO discretion and when he wants. I would not recommend this to my friends at all.
