Experienced resources are hired and fired without proper information Senior Management is very poor in ethics High level management only follow with the close ones. promosie onsite opp at the time of offer but once you joined its all eye wash Hr management is just a robo.Dont have any voice .Then how come resources to be stay long Not to expect like work more than 12 hrs //day. No proper guidelines. So people who got offer , please double check with folks,forums before you join.Else you will be thrown out if you not needed.it should be the case for everywhere but here without information they will force you to pull out. So people working in Level 3-5 company don't apply in royal cyber.Even if you got more salary also don't accept.Else you need to face the consequences.Comments mention here based on lesson learnt.
