Sweet talks.. Just sweet talks. Sweets on Diwali. Pay on time till they don't fire you.

Cons

1. Hire and fire. 50% of the company works in CW model. And remaining they hire and fire unless you belong to a specific community. Look for senior managements. All belong to that particular community. 2. Very poor vision and roadmap. No future goals. The company is based out of a country (and most people are from that country) which is not friendly terms with India and carry the same mindset. So better look out before joining. (open website and see their offices). 3. They will fire you if they wont have projects and wont give actual reason. Even positions like delivery head are not secure here. 4. Unrealistic Expectations. They can ask you to switch over to any technology/platform without any trainings and expect to perform from Day 1. They can ask you to do anything, even marketing and sales, create marketing videos inspite of you being a technical person. They will ask you to commit to the client that you are expert in any technology and then expect you to perform.
