SMALL. Everybody knows everybody and gossip spreads quickly.

Cons

When the schedule is busy, probably more overtime than you can handle, difficult to manage if you have a young family and work an off-shift

We do have busier times of year, but have limits to how much overtime can be worked per day/per week to help maintain a work/life balance - and we are always closed on Sunday!
