Steady work, good pay, good lower-management, gas and vehicle all paid for.
Cons
Upper management is old school, and have been there since the start so they will always be right. This results in everyone else being out for themselves and will throw you under the bus if it helps them in the eyes of the higher-management. If you can be blamed for something, you will be blamed for it, even if it was out of your control.
