      Rugiet is a fast-paced, growing company full of A players with no ego working together to move the business on a daily basis. It's an exciting place to work if you like moving fast, working hard, and having a ton of opportunity to make a real impact on the business if you put your mind to it.

      Cons

      This is not a good place for people who want to coast or check out and just tick through their tasks. It's a startup.

      If you are someone that doesn't like to work super hard or is just looking for a role that you can cruise...or more focused on your social life this is not the place for you.

There’s a huge amount of momentum across teams, and leadership does an excellent job of setting clear goals and outlining exactly how we plan to achieve them. Leadership holds monthly all-hands meetings for sharing these plans. What stands out most is that everyone has a voice. Team members are encouraged to share their perspectives, and those ideas meaningfully influence roadmaps and key decisions. It feels collaborative, aligned, and focused on winning the right way. ...Oh, and it's full remote

      The pace is fast and the bar for execution is high, which can feel intense and may not be for everyone.
