It was a paycheck but not much more. Their were some great individuals, all newer employees, but most left within the time frame I was there.

Cons

VERY challenging work environment due to people and management. There is no communication largely because management can't make a decision and stick to the course. Because everyone was afraid for their jobs, no one was willing to help anyone else or go beyond their scope of work. No sense of belonging or community.

Helping people, providing a health related service.

Cons

Company is shady and not trustworthy at all. They treat their employees like they are not human, but robots. Management, at least in their Syracuse (488 W. Onondaga Office) have no clue of the human condition, and need better social skills.
