-I enjoyed doing the work because it was my passion. -Met some great people to work with -Good benefits

Cons

-Unfair/strict management; was let go due to not being "up to his standards." - Felt like I was on thin-ice everyday -Lab was already having issues gathering data before I arrived - Long lab hours due to projects lasting 2-3 days

Very demanding long hours on and off the job; must teach a full academic load in addition to all other activities; Physically demanding: must set up/tear down teaching labs and move clinical equipment, manikins etc. Minimal secretarial support, must be able to produce lecture and testing materials and student records
