Pros

The buildings were new. The building is close to the CTA, so it was easy to commute to work.

Cons

They really didn't give us that much time off. Our PTO was supposed to be used for Federal Holidays. The pay was not great and it really showed in the staff. It was hard to stay happy there when everyone else was so drained. They expect so much work out of you but at the same time pay you nothing. Christmas parties were cancelled and also there were no bonuses. Pay was barely above retail.

Pros

There are some really dedicated faculty and staff (and students, lets not forget the students). There are some people who really want to help transforming it into a fantastic place.

Cons

There are some people who have unrealistic expectations and who are frankly, horrible people. There is a lot of dead weight and there is a community of 'well, we've always done it this way' whic leads to major roadblocks.
