Pros

This is probably the best job Ive ever had. Good pay and they make it easy. The marketplace is open again now so thats another plus. Its only really crazy for like a few days around Xmas but then everybody helps out even the bosses who usually sit at desks help. I actually like working here.

Cons

I went from having lot of hours to not as many. The schedule changed but I hear it will get busy again soon

Bad Company With Great System

Pros

Coworkers are all mostly cool. Very young and down to earth people. At the time there was a ton for me to do, but the job was unique to the company. The company had a great growth system at the time. Had lots of fun events.

Cons

Family ran business all immature with no other professional experience. Upper management/CEO was a boys club. While the business they did was legit, the mgmt personality was pretty scammy. I believe they have training now, but when I started there was none, they changed roles around almost daily. I never felt respected in my position therefore my job often turned ambiguous which was constant stress. They forced me into sales when that wasn't my interest nor why I joined the company, I forced myself out of sales, then they still kept me working in sales but basically gave me other roles with no commission. It was a mess.
