Pros

The people are really nice. Management is relaxed. A lot of room to be cross trained. Good company outings.

Cons

Not too much room to grow. Compensation isn't that great. Benefits (health insurance, PTO, etc.) are pretty bad. Overtime is great but will consume a lot of your time (and it's mandatory)

- environment encourages learning - easy to get aquatinted with job responsibilities and personnel - management is accessible - weekly pay - Food-Truck Fridays - dress code is lenient

Cons

- leads and management aren't always on the same page - communication between departments could improve a bit - the commute on public transportation may be a bit challenging if you don't live nearby
