Thank you for you feedback. However, our warehouse is climate controlled unlike many other warehouses. At times, it may feel warmer than sitting in the air conditioning of your bedroom, but that's because there is machinery running. Warehouse management not being concerned for the wellbeing of an employee seems to be off key. All employees have the option to use a sick day or go home early if they are not feeling well. Managers do NOT force sick employees to work.

Pros

Good job right out of design school to get better with Adobe programs. Overtime if you want it. Lax work culture.

Cons

Disregard of humanity of employees. “Boys club” nepotism. Does not pay fair wages.

Thank you for your feedback. Printfly prides itself on a laid back work culture and giving new graduates opportunities to improve their Adobe skillset fresh out of design school. Our artists earn $18/hr, earn monthly bonuses, and have unlimited access to overtime. We offer platinum level health insurance with employees only sharing a fraction of the cost as well as low cost vision and dental insurance as well as a 401k and company paid life insurance. As far as the lack of humanity, can you explain what we could have done better? Since the beginning of COVID, we kept our employees a top priority. During the shutdown, we ensured that all of our furloughed employees were receiving a paycheck while kinks with unemployment benefits were worked out. In addition, Printfly paid 100% of insurance premiums for all employees to ensure that everyone that elected benefits had no lapse of coverage. Based on employee preference, we transitioned departments to permanent remote positions as well. The depiction of Printfly boasting a boys club atmosphere is highly inaccurate. 50% of Printfly’s management team positions are held by female employees. In addition, the majority of our management have been employed with Printfly for well over 10 years and have been promoted based on merit and performance. I would love the opportunity to have an open dialogue about your Printfly experience.
