      Pros

      A fast-growing company that really focuses on culture and values its employees. Lots of opportunity for growth and a real ability to make an impact.

      Cons

      Be ready for a fast-paced environment where you get out of it what you put in. Can be an amazing place for someone who is motivated but doesn't work for someone just looking to get by. The opportunities are many but you need to seize them.

      Pros

      This team was packed with knowledgable people willing to help each other. Great senses of humor as well. The owners are always running around the office checking in on things and helping with issues.

      Cons

      The sales team tended to be... very rude and more likely to poke fun at someone than to help them. The office is pretty bland and doesn't make the work anymore enjoyable.

      - Booming Start up with a TON of growth opportunity - Family owned which creates a stronger bond between employees and ownership - Owners work just as hard as you do every day - Co workers are hard working, selfless, and enjoyable to be around every single day - Fantastic team environment with little to no office drama - Challenging but very attainable bonus structure - About to move in to a bigger and more comfortable building because of rapid growth - Competitive Salary with flexible time off - Benefits and paid time off

      Cons

      We are outgrowing the current space we are in, but in a matter of a few months this will no longer be a con.
