Pros

I started with the company quite some time ago. I've seen it grow from a very small crew of people to a pretty sizable company. Management and Ownership has been fair and treats people well. Our team is really tightly knit and works well together. I have nothing but great things to say about RushOrderTees.com, really.

Cons

With as long as I've been here, the company worked through a lot of their growing pains. There's no real negatives that I can report about working here.
