Working as a CXT Rep here has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. A huge part of that is thanks to my CXT Manager, who truly sets the tone for the entire team. They lead with empathy, clarity, and genuine care for our growth — both personally and professionally. From day one, my manager made sure I felt supported and valued.
