Pros
Ive been here several years and i have enjoyed everyone I interact with - co-workers are funny, lighthearted and caring. The job is steady and engaging and there are multiple opportunities to learn new skills and grow.
In addition, the company is open to remote working for office employees - which has been fantastic. Easy access to co workers through messaging systems and HR when needed.
Lastly health benefits are great and very reasonably priced, 401K plans are through a great company and there are a variety of resources available for things like commuter support.
Cons
Nothing out of the ordinary - there can be some stressful fast paced moments and system issues that pop up.
