In the 10+ years I've been at this company I've watched growth and change that you couldn't imagine. The way that we've been able to scale production over the years, all while retaining quality and efficiency has been great to watch. Everyone is seen and heard. The visibility with upper management is a breath of fresh air. You can feel how much the teams and employees care. It's more than just t-shirts, it's family

There can be communication issues between departments, but this is something that management team is always working to improve as we continue to scale.
