Pros

Remote, great training, great people, a company who values their employees. Hours are good. Overtime opportunities. Great work life balance, benefits, PTO. Management is attentive, understanding, and they KNOW how to onboard employees remotely.

Cons

I have nothing. Except if you're looking to do graphic design, this is NOT a design position. More along the lines of file set up for printing.

Truly a great team of people and a wonderful environment to be in. There’s a true sense of family within the company that the owner and management make a priority. Everyone cares and it goes a long way in all positive directions.
