Pros

People are friendly, building is nice and the work isn't too overly demanding. They work with you on your performance instead of breathing down your neck if your not peforming at 110%

Cons

Place is family owned so everyone knows everyone, its almost cult like with the people they hire. They also greatly show favoritism and treat you differently based on that. Dont hold ppl to the same standards. Pay is very low comparatively to other jobs in similar fields.
