      Pros

      It pays some money. Commission levels are easy to hit.

      Cons

      You will be let go for anything Pay is bad paid bi-weekly charged back for any lost sales monthly commission always threatened to lose your job No 10 new acts in a month, and you're fired, period. Only advancement if your general manager likes you. Training is a JOKE!

      Pros

      not a bad place to work if you are in upper management or senior level management. They are organized for being a small company and have policies in place and structure.

      Cons

      Always hiring, huge turnover, no loyalty. Can't compete with big box stores
