Pros

They sell a great product... Verizon.

Cons

Rediculous sales approach that they make you follow 100% of the time its more like an order takers approach. Experienced sales people will think its a joke and leave as soon as something better comes along. Underpaid compared to any competitor and the charge back policy is unfair.

Pros

They don't care what you do if you like to listen to the radio all day and just stand like a carrot for minimum wage go for it it's the perfect job

Cons

You never know when you will let go,or fired I was at 1 store one day I had been working with this store manager (they start everyone at $7.50 a hour ) and the regional manager comes in to tell the poor guy that they are closing the store he had been a great associate and he had just been there for 1 month and they fire him there was another associate that was hire that same day they ask him to leave or he can stay to pick up accessories off the wall (I was the DSM ) I wis they should ad share with me that they were closing so at leastI would not never had hired the poor guy he had left another job to come to work and now he is out I left the same day too lack of respect and sad sad company

Pros

My coworkers, my regional who had enough and left before I and my employees.

Cons

As a DSM, I seen the good, bad and the UGLY! They pay 7:50 for reps and 8.50 for STORE MANAG ERS! It as a joke and only the desperate applied., We were expected to make miracles happen. TLR is a joke only to ensure they had your leads after the few months of your employment before they let you go. You had to cold call and do ALL of the advertising yourself. Before my departure, let go after running 2 districts, going above and beyond, always working late, giving it my 100% because I thought I was valued right after I received a raise and another store, was let go for BULL reasons that 3/4 of the DSM's dealt with, low numbers because of the companies lack of effort, time and money invested into their small locations. If it is a 2 rep store..... run away! You will not make any money and the only reason the doors are open is due to keeping their national account with Verizon. They will not have any loyalty to you, point blank period. Value, Opportunity, Teamwork...... not going to happen! Jeff Russell, your company is a joke. You let people go that truly care about your comany and for what? To get someone in that persons place that is running the district RIGHT INTO THE GROUND with no experience in the cellphone buisness at all. I hope you look ayt these reviews, because I don't see how you can sleep at night knowing that your company is so crappy that you don't have any good reviews on here, Your indirect account managers HATE dealing with your stores because of your lack of efforts. Verizon thinks of you as a joke. Oh and I just loved the way that every year you found new ways to lower the commission structure. NICE. .
