No definite leadership, extremely low pay. Why are other employees at other retailers making 10 dollars an hour to start while we make minimum wage? Employees are expected to do managements job on minimum wage. All management does is tell you your quota and gripe about home solutions all day. When home solutions do not make you as much as the phones themselves. There's no incentive to sell tablets or home phone service... Also make sure you know how your store performs when it comes to traffic. I was told I could make 1000 dollars a month easily at this store and I'm lucky to make 80 a week. The store is on the edge of Verizon's service in the area and it kills us when we have to return phones or have a customer walk out because they live in this no service area. In short. This job was a waste of time. And one more thing since we don't have the customers I'm sure we will be fired and replaced by new people who will be fired just the same if they don't move this store. It's a cycle and there's no job security if your just a rep. Good luck if you choose this company to work for
