I really can't think of anything good about russell cellular, except some customers are nice

Cons

Literally everything about this company, their shiesty, backstabbing, the dm's are power tripping all the time with God complexes

Pros

They have a amazing support staff and upper management team that will help you whenever and whatever you may need.

Cons

Upper management is not always consistent with their communication and payroll department can mess up payment at the end of two-cycle.

Pros

Russell cellular has a lot of positive aspects. You get to meet a lot of great people and there are perks of the job like commission or winning sales contests. The pay is fair.

Cons

I think that more scrutiny should be placed on district sales managers. I saw 5 or more in my time there over my district and they all did things differently. I think there should more standards. Also bullying from DSMs should be watched.

Dear former employee, Thank you so much for your words. It is concerning any time we hear of an employee that feels as if they were bullied by management. We need the front-line employees to reach out to HR when this behavior happens.
