This company I consider a home away from home. It has such a great atmosphere and culture here. This is truly a company that strives on not only customer experience but EMPLOYEE experience.

So many positive things come from this company. If you are willing to work and do the job, it will reward you tenfold. I found a place where not only am I valued as an employee, but I am cared about as a person.

Cons

The pay is not top of the industry. For the amount of work that is done, the pay could be more.
