Pros

Have never felt so at home working for a company. After a year of employment, I view this job as a career and an opportunity of a life time. The phrase "If you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life" couldn't be more true with Russell Cellular.

Cons

Sitting here trying to come up with a con is very difficult. If a customer experience isn't a distilled asset that you possess and Integrity is something you lack, then you are simply not cut out for this company.

You'll make a lot of life connections with customers.

Cons

You'll also absolutely hate some of the customers. The upper management will advance friends over qualified applicants, and will go outside the company to hire people that have no idea how Russell Cellular operates.
