Pros

Potential to make good money and some customers were extremely friendly to deal with..... there isnt much else to say about the company

Cons

Management, training, location, inventory, building, headquarters, pay, IT department, this company has gotten to big a head to look at individual stores and analyze whats not working and why are they failing. Instead they allow you to drown and feel like a failure.

Dear Current Employee, Thank you for your review. I'd like to address a couple of your concerns. If you felt that your training was insufficient, you should have talked with your DSM or reached out to the Training department or HR. The whole idea of training is to make new employees feel comfortable with the sales process. If you are working open to close with no break, you need to reach out to the HR department so we can find a solution for your location. Please remember, the entire Corporate office is here to assist our employees.

Flexibility, honest salesmen approach, income based on sales, lots of room for upward movement

Cons

Working in the villages, a retirement community can be testing to your patience and tenacity. Summer months are slow. Can't travel during Thanksgiving through new year bc of busy season.
