Caring about who you have employed

Pros

It's hard to find a full-time this day and age. I am grateful for finding a company that hires full-time.

Cons

The pay is very low and commission isn't that great either. Being in a two-Rep store in a not so great location is one of the hardest things to stick with.

Pros

Small stores, not a lot of competition within the store... thats about it.. not too many good things with this company!

Cons

Very cheap company, doesn't care about the saftey of employees, salary as a store manager is horrible compared to the things you are asked to do.

Pros

We're a big/little company that values are family feel, yet provides great opportunity for us team members.

Cons

Not really a con, but performance based and majority of our compensation is at risk, good when we exceed targets, but need to continue to drive results to maximize compensation.
